Not exactly a complete waste of 2 hours of my life but not far from it. Several times I wanted to get up and switch the thing off but I stuck it out to the very predictable end. The late Robert Urich fares a little better with his deliveries and Howell is wasted in a periphery character appearence. Utter tosh really but Archer's character is almost unplayable as her lines and situations are atrocious. Check out pictures, bibliography, and biography of Nathan J.D. Nathan hopes to become further recognised in the field of literary terror, returning to his pen after a 20 year absence. His credits include works published in the Horrorzine, Schlock webzine and various print based publications. Archer's character hates wolves because of what happened to her dead husband years earlier but when she gets thrown from her horse and lays with a broken ankle for 5 days with nobody for company but a snared wolf - she begins to respect the animal. Rowark is a horror writer who lives in London, England. The story is basically an interwine of bad-ass poachers killing game-wardens and animals in the hills and one woman's relationship with a trapped wolf. Edited by Jeani Rector of The Horror Zine and featuring a foreword by award-winning, bestselling author Simon Clark, it also contains deliciously dark delights from morbidly creative writers, poets and artists who have not yet made it bigbut will very soon. Thomas Howell gave me a brief inkling that this movie might rise above the usual TV dirge and actually display some sort of ingenuity when it came to creating a piece of art. Alas - my fears were correct - this was very poor fare indeed. This came on the Hallmark channel the other night (not a good sign to begin with) but as there was nothing else on I decided to give it a go.
